Delete your account

Delete your account in the app

Open Trophik, sign in, go to Account, and choose Delete account. Your account and data are deleted right away. Backups age out within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

What deletion does

We revoke any stored Apple sign-in token, delete your rows and files, including your saved species, runs and shares, and delete your account. We keep a record that a deletion happened, without the data itself, in case we need to show that it did.

Deletion also removes the days you opened the app, your push tokens, and your alert choices and history.

Store subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or on Google Play. Cancel a subscription bought on the App Store in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel a subscription bought on Google Play in the Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions. A subscription bought on the web through Stripe is canceled when your account, and its Stripe subscription, is deleted.

Need help

If you cannot sign in to delete your account yourself, write to support@trophik.ai from the email address on the account, and we will complete the deletion for you.
